OUR GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All items are based on first come first serve basis
2. Payment must be made to our MAYBANK (acc holder:158015129607 ) account before items can be delivered or collected
3. Reservations can be made by email to alisyacollection@yahoo.com or please contact 0133808015 (diana) for further query of the product.
4. 50% deposit will be required upon reservation.
5. If the buyers want to collect the item themselves, payment by cash can be made (COD), however 50% deposit is still required.
6. 50% of the booking payment will be forfeited if the reservation/booking being cancelled.
7. Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable
8. Prices include the cost of delivery and handling unless otherwise stated
9. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to avoid disappointment
